Service Advisor
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team! This role involves assisting customers with repair and maintenance service requests, ensuring accurate documentation of customer concerns on repair orders, and advising on necessary scheduled maintenance. The Service Advisor reviews repair actions with customers upon vehicle delivery, supports the Service Manager, maintains accurate repair records, promotes company activities, and follows safety and environmental practices.
