As the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Manager, you will lead a high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit within a hospital designated as a pediatric care center, offering comprehensive specialized care for children from birth through adolescence. As a neonatal leader, you will guide developmental and family-integrated care, strengthen seamless coordination with pediatric sub-specialists, and advance clinical performance across Level III/IV capabilities including complex respiratory therapies, nutrition optimization, lactation support, and transitional care that prepares families for confident discharge.

In the position of the NICU Nurse Manager, you will report to senior nursing leadership within the pediatric service line while partnering closely with physician leaders and hospital operations. As the Nurse Manager, you will oversee assistant managers, charge nurses, and educators; drive staffing, scheduling, and budget stewardship; spearhead quality, safety, and accreditation readiness; mentor emerging leaders; and expand clinical competencies through education and data-driven performance improvement. As a unit leader, you will work collaboratively with friendly nurses and a diverse team of neonatologists, NNPs, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, social workers, dietitians, and rehab specialists who share a passion for excellence and inclusion.
