Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is hiring experienced Warehouse Associates for a 30-day project assignment with a local manufacturing company in the Waco, TX area. This is a great opportunity for reliable, hard-working candidates with prior warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, material handling, or forklift experience.

Project Pay: $30.00 per hour during the initial 30-day project

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM

Assignment Length: 30-day project, with potential long-term opportunity

Attendance Incentive: Eligible for a $1,000 incentive for perfect attendance during the 30-day project

About the Opportunity

This position begins as a 30-day project-based assignment through Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. The client has committed to hiring team members from this project who demonstrate strong attendance, dependability, safety, performance, and work ethic.

After the 30-day project, candidates who perform well may be considered for continued employment opportunities. Post-project pay is expected to transition to approximately $20.00-$22.00 per hour for regular production roles, with higher pay potential for team lead opportunities or other advanced roles.

If selected for a long-term opportunity, the client has a variety of 1st and 2nd shift positions available.

Job Responsibilities

Team members may be assigned to different areas of the plant based on operational needs, including shipping, receiving, inventory, staging, production support, and material handling.

1. Assisting with shipping and receiving operations
2. Loading and unloading materials, parts, and products
3. Moving materials to the correct areas of the facility
4. Scanning parts and products into inventory
5. Staging materials for production, shipping, receiving, or storage
6. Pulling, organizing, and preparing materials as needed
7. Supporting inventory counts and inventory accuracy
8. Assisting production areas and line work as needed
9. Operating a forklift if qualified and assigned
10. Using basic hand tools or trade skills as needed
11. Working quickly and accurately to meet daily production goals and quotas
12. Cross-training in multiple areas of the facility to support the ramp-up project
13. Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
14. Following all company safety procedures and supervisor instructions

1. Experienced in warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, material handling, or forklift work
2. Reliable with excellent attendance
3. Able to work quickly while maintaining safety and accuracy

6. Comfortable being cross-trained in multiple areas of the plant
7. Able to follow directions and work with urgency
8. Ready to report to work on time and prepared each day
9. Skilled with basic tools or trade-related work, preferred but not required

Requirements

1. Prior experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, warehouse, material handling, or forklift work required
2. Forklift experience preferred
3. Trade skills or experience using basic tools is a plus
4. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or plant experience preferred
5. Must be able to start on Monday, June 22, 2026
6. Must be able to commit to the full 30-day project
7. Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM
8. Must be able to work in a fast-paced plant environment
9. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
10. Must be able to support different areas of the facility as needed
11. Must have reliable transportation and strong attendance

Attendance Incentive

Employees who complete the 30-day project with perfect attendance will be eligible for a $1,000 attendance incentive.

Perfect attendance means reporting to work on time for every scheduled shift and completing the full scheduled workday during the 30-day project period. Any absence, tardy, early departure, or missed scheduled shift may result in loss of eligibility for the attendance incentive.

Long-Term Opportunity

This position begins as a 30-day project-based assignment at $30.00 per hour.

Candidates who demonstrate strong attendance, performance, safety, dependability, and a positive attitude may be considered for continued employment after the project is complete.

After the initial 30-day project, pay is expected to transition to approximately $20.00-$22.00 per hour for regular production roles, with the possibility of higher pay for team lead opportunities or other advanced positions.
