Bilingual Anime Convention Assistant and Online Streamer

We run talent and event management for Anime Conventions. Must be a fast learner! Some travel may be needed as we manage events all over the country. Great for someone who wants to go new places. MUST BE GREAT WITH SOCIAL MEDIA! Need consistent engagement and posts for multiple companies!
Responsibilities
- Manage Social Media Accounts, engage with followers
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for our talent.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.

- Provide support as a personal assistant to management as needed.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse clients. (We represent Spanish Voice Actors for Anime)
- Proficiency in office software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets. (All about the Google Sheets now, EZPZ)
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues. (Just need to talk to people with respect)
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of organization. (No 3 second tiktok scrolling here, gotta focus)
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and willingness to learn new tasks. (You can be stubborn, but you can't be stuck in your ways.)
