Join TEEZ Hair Studio as a Hair Stylist and unleash your creativity in a vibrant and welcoming environment! We are looking for passionate individuals who love to make clients feel beautiful and confident through their hair. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate services.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques to offer innovative styles.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a positive client experience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Promote and sell salon products that enhance client hair care routines.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and creative salon atmosphere.
- Valid cosmetology license in Texas.
- Proven experience as a hair stylist in a professional salon setting (1 year in a salon environment preferred).
- Strong knowledge of hair products, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a passion for the beauty industry.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Team player with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
