: Aftermarket Accessories Administrative Assistant - Automotive Dealership Job Summary We are looking for a full-time Accessories Administrative Assistant for our San Antonio location with knowledge of aftermarket truck and automotive accessories and/or Commercial/fleet aftermarket truck/van accessories. (For example: goose necks, stereos, grill guards, van shelving, hitches, and tint.)

• Sell automobile accessories to customers who purchase vehicles from new and used departments.
• Assist customers in selecting the right accessories according to their needs.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding automobile accessories.
• Explain performance of the chosen accessory and its benefits to customers.
• Suggest alternative accessory in case the required accessory is not available.
• Keep abreast of new and the latest automobile products and accessories.
• Display automobile accessories in a store in an organized manner.
• Coordinate and assist other salespersons in the store.
• Schedule customers around vendor timelines.
• Provide follow-up services to customers to inspire repeat and referral business.

Skills

• Must meet company's requirements for employment.
• High school diploma/GED required
• Spanish Speaking is a huge plus
• Ability to process basic math skills
• Familiarity software a plus
• Excel Proficiency: intermediate
• Strong attention to detail required
• Organization, data entry skills, verbal communication, team player
• Ability to live/move/carry up to 50lbs.
