H2 Health is seeking a passionate, patient-centered Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing outpatient therapy team. You will work alongside experienced therapists in a collaborative outpatient setting, treating a diverse orthopedic and neurological patient population. This role offers the opportunity to build strong patient relationships, deliver high-quality care, and grow your clinical skills within a team that values mentorship, communication, and continuous learning.
Your Role
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving patient function and independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home programs, and injury prevention
- Document patient progress accurately and efficiently within the EMR system
- Collaborate with therapists and clinic team members to deliver exceptional patient care
- Maintain a positive and professional environment that supports patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current state license or eligibility to obtain state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering patient centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
