Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• The expeditor will help manage the efficient flow of orders from the servers to the culinary team

• Ensure orders are being prepared and quickly assembled by communicating to the culinary team across the line

• Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature

• Communicate any essential information between the kitchen and the front of house staff such as special requests or dietary needs

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• The expeditor will be able to adapt and work as part of a team

• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments but remain calm under pressure

• One year experience in a fast-paced restaurant needed

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time
