As a Land Rover Sales Associate / Product Specialist, you will represent one of the most iconic luxury brands in the world. Your role is to deliver an exceptional buying experience by guiding clients through the vehicle selection and purchase process with professionalism, product expertise, and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

1. Greet and engage every guest, creating a welcoming and premium showroom experience
2. Assist customers in identifying their vehicle needs and preferences to ensure an ideal match
3. Present and demonstrate the features, performance, and benefits of Land Rover vehicles with confidence and precision
4. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage trust, satisfaction, and repeat business
5. Collaborate with management and teammates to meet and exceed dealership sales goals
6. Maintain a deep understanding of Land Rover products, technology, and competitive market trends
7. Communicate effectively with the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, and results

Requirements

• Passion for luxury automobiles and delivering a world-class customer experience
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic computer proficiency and strong attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous automotive or luxury retail sales experience preferred, but not required
