Medical Assistant – Edge
Are you passionate about health and wellness? Edge is seeking a Medical Assistant who will not only support our clinical operations but also inspire patients by modeling a healthy lifestyle. This role is ideal for someone with strong front and back office experience , an outgoing personality , and the ability to remain professional and compassionate at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and professionally
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records
Perform basic clerical duties such as filing and documentation
Administer injections and assist with basic clinical procedures
Support in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment
Work collaboratively with providers and staff to ensure excellent patient care
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required
Bilingual Spanish/English
Previous experience in a medical office strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Skilled at following written protocols and oral instructions
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must pass a background check
