SNELLING Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Dental Office Manager in Bryan, TX. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with a well-established dental practice that is committed to providing excellent patient care and a supportive work environment.

The Dental Office Manager is the backbone of the practice, ensuring that operations run smoothly behind the scenes while maintaining a positive patient experience at the front desk. From supervising staff and overseeing schedules to managing insurance billing and handling patient concerns, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing leadership with hands-on problem-solving.

Responsibilities

As the Dental Office Manager, you will:

• Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies.

• Manage scheduling, check-in and check-out procedures, patient records, and insurance claims.

• Supervise, train, and support front office and clinical staff, fostering a collaborative team culture.

• Monitor financial performance, handle reconciliations, and assist with budgeting.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.

• Provide excellent patient service by resolving issues quickly and professionally.

• Collaborate with providers and staff to improve processes and streamline workflows.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of dental office management or dental front office experience .

• Proficiency in dental insurance, billing, and scheduling systems ( Eaglesoft preferred ).

• Accounting and reconciliation experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism.

• Patient-focused demeanor with a commitment to outstanding service.
