Architectural Project Manager
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and relationships throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Providing leadership, mentorship, and oversight to architectural staff and consultants
- Managing all phases of design and documentation across multiple active projects
- Coordinating design intent, technical details, and project deliverables
- Supporting concept development and design direction with consistency and innovation
- 8+ years of architectural experience, with at least 4 years focused on K12 educational projects
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Architectural licensure in Texas is preferred (candidates with equivalent experience may be considered)
- Deep understanding of architectural project delivery, scheduling, and budgeting
- Familiarity with construction documentation, code requirements, and building systems
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in different stages of development simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
- Experience in education projects required; exposure to healthcare, institutional, or commercial projects is a plus
- Proficiency in tools such as Revit, Bluebeam, Newforma, and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with green building practices or sustainability frameworks is a plus
