Experienced Veterinarian Wanted to Lead as Medical Director at Towne North Animal Hospital in San Antonio, TX

Established in 1979, Towne North Animal Hospital has been proudly serving the San Antonio community for over 40 years. We combine compassionate veterinary care with the latest technology and the highest standards in general practice. Our small animal general practice offers everything from wellness & urgent care to surgeries and senior pet support, all aimed at providing the best for our patients. We're looking for a dedicated veterinarian to join our team and continue our legacy of exceptional care in a supportive, state-of-the-art environment. Our practice has:

• Idexx Procyte and Catalyst in house machines. Both Idexx and Antech available for clinical and pathology diagnostics.
• Digital radiographs with Dragonfly software
• Dentalaire dental unit with new Midmark dental x-ray unit
• Anesthesia monitoring equipment
• MLS Multiwave cold laser therapy unit

Your Role as Medical Director:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to our veterinary team
• Set the medical vision for the hospital in collaboration with the practice manager
• Maintain a high standard of care across all services
• Guide new graduates and support ongoing CE for all doctors
• Estimated Time Allocation: 90% Clinical Practice, 10% Admin & Managing Duties
