About the Opportunity:

Trinity Knights Consulting is expanding our sales and marketing team and looking for motivated, outgoing individuals ready to start a career in sales. If you’re competitive, energetic, and sports-minded, this is a great opportunity to gain real business experience while representing a leading energy provider inside major retail environments.

In this role, you will represent Reliant Energy, helping customers understand their energy options while building brand awareness and driving new customer enrollments.

We partner with nationally recognized brands to increase their market presence and revenue through face-to-face customer engagement.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent Reliant Energy inside large retail locations
• Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Educate customers on energy plans, benefits, and services
• Assist with customer enrollments and account setup
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training

• Outgoing, confident, and people-focused personality
• Competitive mindset (sports, team activities, or performance-driven environments are a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Coachable with a willingness to learn
• Reliable and professional work ethic
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
