CFS Representative (Senior - Leader)

Job Duties

• Under general supervision, generates cash from customer account receivables (A/R) in an effective and timely manner
• Develop and maintain internal and external customer relationships to effectively facilitate the collection process
• May exercise limited authority to grant customer credit limits as skill and experience dictate
• Responsible for assisting in the preparation of lien filings to secure accounts with oversight from more senior personnel
• Analyzes customer financial information to assess risk and makes recommendations to establish new accounts
• Identify and record customer disputes
• May assist in credit investigation and evaluation
• Typically requires an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and 2-4 years of experience in commercial collections, including experience in financial statement analysis
• Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher-level roles give (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available from the Senior CFS up to the CFS Leader
