- Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

A growing and highly respected organization is seeking an experienced Administrative / Personal Assistant to support two senior executives in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is polished, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing both business and personal administrative responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs while managing multiple priorities in a high-touch executive support role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, email correspondence, and daily priorities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including detailed itineraries
- Organize meetings, events, conference room scheduling, catering, and logistics
- Prepare reports, presentations, invoices, and professional correspondence
- Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, clients, vendors, and external partners
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Process DocuSign transactions and maintain financial documentation
- Track reporting and records using Excel and QuickBooks
- Assist with personal scheduling, vendor coordination, bill payments, and expense tracking
- Support special projects and additional administrative needs as assigned
- Provide backup administrative and reception support when needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2-3+ years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Personal Assistant experience
- Experience supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks experience
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and proactively
