Automotive Mechanic
Service Technicians - Mechanics
The primary focus of this position will be to diagnosis mechanics issues with vehicles being run through the auction. Areas of responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Examine various systems within the vehicle to diagnose problems
- Run computerized diagnostic test to identify components that may be malfunctioning
- Remove parts that are worn out or not operating properly and replace with new, used or aftermarket parts
- Routine maintenance
- Prepare estimates in advance for unanticipated repairs
- Diagnostics on fleet lease vehicles
- Perform Arbitration checks and re-checks
- Complete work in a timely and accurate manner
- Good customer service skills
- Must be organized and have good follow up skills
- Detailed oriented

- Must be able to handle a variety of customer service and administrative tasks
- Must have great customer service skills and attitude
- Must be attentive to details
- Must be highly organized
- Should be able to multi-task and work outside of the box to resolve issues
