Call Center Sales Representative I (Entry-Level) (Killeen)
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Promote and sell products and services tailored to customer needs
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries
- Use internal systems to manage accounts and process orders
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
- Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure quality and compliance
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Stay up to date with training, meetings, and program updates
- Meet attendance and scheduling expectations
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Customer-focused with a positive, empathetic attitude
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
