Position Summary

A growing real estate platform is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead operations for a high-visibility mixed-use portfolio undergoing a major development and lease-up phase.

This individual will oversee the transition from construction to full operations, building the on-site team, managing tenant onboarding, and driving day-to-day performance. The role requires a hands-on leader who can balance project execution, financial oversight, and a strong service-oriented environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage property readiness from construction completion through occupancy
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders on turnover and punch list execution
• Oversee tenant improvement projects, timelines, and delivery
• Recruit, hire, and lead an on-site operations team
• Establish processes, service standards, and performance expectations
• Foster a high-accountability, hospitality-driven culture
• Lead tenant onboarding and move-in coordination
• Act as primary contact for tenant relations and issue resolution
• Oversee lease administration and compliance
• Prepare and manage operating budgets and forecasts
• Monitor collections, expenses, and financial reporting
• Approve invoices and manage vendor relationships
• Maintain overall asset quality and building performance
• Oversee maintenance programs and service contracts
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or mixed-use property management experience
• Experience with ground-up developments or repositioning assets
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and operational management skills
• Proficiency in property management systems (MRI, Yardi, etc.) and advanced Microsoft Office
• Proven leadership experience building and managing teams
