Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support procurement and operations teams in managing purchase orders, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with internal processes. This role requires strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work with both domestic and offshore teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and maintain purchase orders, ensuring timely execution.

• Coordinate with internal teams (corporate, digital, compliance, legal) and offshore teams in India.

• Support operations through S2P (Source-to-Pay) coordination activities.

• Work with AP profiles and assist in purchase order maintenance.

• Encourage PO owners/requesters to complete required actions.

• Prepare and review Excel reports, using VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables to reconcile data.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• 2 years' professional experience in a purchasing, buyer, or accounts payable (AP) role (not finance analyst–focused).
• Strong communication skills with the initiative to engage stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
• Experience working with purchase orders and related processes.
• Intermediate Excel skills , including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables for reporting and data reconciliation.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Coupa .

• Background in supply chain operations.
