Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Office Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our remote team. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks including email management, scheduling, documentation, and general office coordination—all while helping ensure smooth daily operations from your home office.
Responsibilities
Manage shared inboxes and assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
Prepare, format, and organize documents, forms, and reports
Support team members with general administrative tasks and communications
Maintain accurate records in CRM and file systems
Collaborate across departments to support project coordination
Deliver work that is organized, precise, and timely
Qualifications
Prior experience in virtual assistance, administrative support, or office coordination preferred but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and Adobe PDF
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Dependable with a quiet home office and reliable internet connection
