Appointment Setter (Remote) - B2B Contractor Growth Platform
We are building an outbound revenue system that helps HVAC and home service companies generate installation demand and grow their business.
Our system uses cold email outreach to connect with contractors across the U.S. who are interested in learning how to increase their install volume.
Your role is to handle inbound replies from contractors and convert those conversations into scheduled discovery calls.
This is not cold calling. Leads come from our outbound email system.
You will respond to interested business owners, qualify them, and book calls with our closing team.
**Responsibilities**
• respond to inbound contractor replies
• qualify interest from business owners
• answer basic questions about the system
• schedule discovery calls with closers
• manage follow-up conversations
• track booked calls and replies
Your role focuses on converting replies into scheduled discovery calls.
Baseline expectations:
• respond to all inbound replies within 12–24 hours
• qualify and handle conversations with contractors
• book 10–20 discovery calls per month
• maintain organized tracking of replies and booked calls
• coordinate scheduling with the closing team
Strong setters may book 20+ calls per month as the system scales.
**Compensation & Baseline Expectations**
This role is performance-based and focused on converting inbound interest into scheduled discovery calls.
Compensation is paid per qualified call booked.
Booked Call Payout
• $30 per qualified call booked
• $40 per call after 10 calls in a month
• $50 per call after 20 calls in a month
This allows strong setters to increase earnings as the system scales.
Baseline Expectations
Our outbound system typically follows this structure:
10,000 emails
→ 30–50 replies
→ 10–20 calls
→ 3–5 clients
Your role is converting interested contractors into scheduled calls.
Minimum baseline expectations:
• respond to inbound replies quickly
• qualify contractors interested in the system
• schedule discovery calls with closers
• book 10–20 calls per month
Strong performers often exceed this as outreach volume increases.
