Position Overview:

As a Staff Accountant, you will be a critical part of the day to day operations of the company. You will work closely with our Controller to run various reports, submit payroll to our PEO, and regularly review the budget and forecast. You are right for this role if you are a data driven individual with at least two years of experience in a full cycle accounting position, have a strong understanding of GAAP standards, and enjoy working with a team in a dynamic environment.

We are looking for candidates who are able to start between December 1, 2025 and January 12, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Support cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Support payroll processing and benefits reconciliations.
• Help prepare audit documentation and support tax filings.
• Assist with system implementations, process improvements, and scaling financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience (public accounting or private industry).
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
