Industrial Maintenance Electrician
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join our team in a direct hire, permanent role (no temp work). This manufacturer produces large steel products for heavy industries across the U.S.
Pay: $30 – $35 per hour (Direct Hire, Full-Time).Location: Irving, TX 75017.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Install and maintain wiring, conduit systems, control panels, and AC/DC motor controls.
- Troubleshoot PLCs and machine controls (CNC machines, hydraulic presses, overhead cranes).
- Diagnose and repair high-voltage equipment and electrical distribution systems.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or Maintenance Technician.
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, PLCs, and high-voltage systems.
- Familiarity with CNC machines, hydraulic presses, and overhead cranes preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
