Attorney - Austin

Texas based litigation firm is growing in Austin and adding Attorney
The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of case management, from investigation and discovery through trial or settlement.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in legal matters involving commercial trucking accidents and construction defect claims
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and trials
Analyze case strategy and provide legal advice to clients
Negotiate settlements and communicate with insurance carriers
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the state bar
3+ years of relevant litigation experience preferred
Strong knowledge of transportation law and construction defect litigation
Excellent writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills
