Project Manager – Telecom & Network Deployments

Lead high-impact technology projects across North America.

We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager to oversee telecommunications and network infrastructure projects from kickoff to completion. If you enjoy managing multiple projects, building strong client relationships, and leading teams to successful outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll initially support a large multi-site deployment program, coordinating site installations before taking on additional enterprise network deployment projects. This is a highly collaborative role with plenty of customer interaction and opportunities to make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate technicians, project coordinators, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing proactive updates and resolving challenges.
• Review project scope, schedules, budgets, and technical requirements.
• Identify risks, make informed decisions, and keep projects on track.
• Monitor financial performance, reporting, and project documentation.
• Mentor junior team members and help drive operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant project management experience.
• Experience in telecommunications, network infrastructure, IT deployments, or related technology projects.
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Confident making decisions and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Previous leadership or people management experience is an asset.
• PMP certification is an asset.
