Practice Area

BCG is supporting the world's largest principal investors & private equity (PIPE) firms with the full spectrum of services covering the entire value chain from transaction services to transformative profit improvement programs for portfolio companies to strategy and operations work for the funds themselves. We are organized into six distinct sectors: Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWFs), Pension Funds, Hedge Funds, Family Offices and Infrastructure & Real Estate.

What You'll Do

As a Member Within BCG's Principal Investors And Private Equity Practice Area, You Will Be At The Core Of The Paris PIPE Team. You Will Collaborate On Challenging Projects With Team Members From Many Backgrounds, Advising PIPE Clients On a Variety Of Topics, Such As

• Delivering due diligence and portfolio company value creation projects for leading private equity clients
• Leading the day-to-day execution of consulting projects and ensuring successful delivery of client requirements within the scope of the engagement
• Leading client presentations and meetings
• Working jointly with BCG and client project teams, bringing expertise to the team and to the client on site
• Providing intellectual leadership for the project teams by generating key ideas and conceptual frameworks to guide research and analysis

Joining BCG's consulting team within our Paris PIPE center you will be at the heart of innovation and changes ongoing today to achieve fundamental impact for our clients.

You will significantly contribute to the practice's ambitious growth target.

You will be based in France. Travel is expected and will vary based on project needs.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for exceptional talents to join us. You would typically:

• Have at least 5 years of experience with a leading strategy consulting firm (focused on private equity, strategy and/or corporate finance), investment firm/fund, transaction services or corporate strategy/M&A
• Have experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda
• Have the interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations set you apart
• Be a collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards and experienced in international work
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skills
