Entry Level Customer Relations Associate

As a Customer Relations Associate you will be acting as the first line of customer contact. The Customer Relations Associate will communicate openly, with an enthusiastic and engaging tone and focus on finding the best solution for each individual customer.

Customer Relations Associate Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in the mission of our charity partner in order to communicate this mission effectively to members of the community
- Build relationships and educate community members on our charity partner through presentations in order to drive fundraising efforts
- Follow all client guidelines when accepting donations and ensure each donation is properly recorded
- Attend daily team meetings where goals are discussed and contribute any additional thoughts or ideas to help achieve these goals
- Receive further training and development from members of our leadership and management teams to be able to grow within our organization
Requirements of a Customer Relations Associate:
- High school diploma/GED or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience working in non-profit, charity, fundraising, or other people-facing positions
- Must have a passion for helping others and working in a team environment
- Must have exceptional communication skills to communicate effectively with members of the community and members of or team as well
- Must be a student in order to receive our training
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to grow within our organization is a plus!

This position involves direct marketing and sales. Pay is based off individual performance upon completion of training.

Pay: $700.00 - $900.00 per week
