Customer Service Associate
Job Duties
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred
- Under strict supervision, ensures accurate and timely processing of customer orders and related requisitions for North America Land and Latin America
- Responsible for managing customer relationships, receiving, and processing orders, providing proactive updates, and coordinating delivery schedules to meet customer requirements
- Serves as the primary liaison between customers, affiliates, field PSL personnel, sales teams, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to ensure effective communication and on-time delivery
- May create invoices and shipping documentation and facilitate the movement of materials to support PSL operations
- Performs data inquiries to track order status and material availability, coordinates cross-center and vendor-supplied orders, and monitors shipments through delivery
- Works with the Law Department to ensure export compliance and maintains current knowledge of international material movement and shipping regulations
- Requires a High School Diploma or GED
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills are a plus
