Installation Helper
Location: Stafford, TX 77477
Pay: $15.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Employment Type: Temporary with Potential for Temp-to-Hire
Openwork is hiring an Installation Helper for a growing manufacturing company in Stafford, TX. You'll work alongside experienced Installation Technicians supporting commercial installation projects .
The assignment is initially expected to last several days, but strong performance could lead to a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity with room for growth.
Important: This position does not involve working with live electricity .
What You'll Be Doing- Assist technicians with commercial installations
- Provide hands-on support at job sites
- Help move tools, equipment, and materials
- Maintain an organized tool inventory
- Assist with setup and cleanup
- Use basic hand tools as needed
- Follow all safety procedures
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- No driving required
- General labor, construction, installation, or similar experience is a plus
- Familiarity with basic hand tools preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work
- Dependable and willing to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
- Must be willing to complete a drug screen and background check
