We’re looking for a detail-driven financial professional to join our dynamic and growing, privately owned business. As a Staff Accountant at Earthtones Companies, you’ll work alongside an experienced team to help ensure the financial strength and stability of our organization.

We’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled in accounting practices but also committed to ensuring compliance, improving processes, and contributing to strategic financial planning. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accurate records of financial transactions, assets, and liabilities.


• Reconcile accounts including bank accounts, payables, and receivables to ensure accuracy.


• Support sales tax preparation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.


• Assist in evaluating internal controls and accounting systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.


• Assist auditors during annual audits with requested documentation and insights.


• Assist in maintaining and managing the general ledger with timely and accurate entries.


• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.


• Solid knowledge of GAAP and experience with financial reporting and accounting software.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
