Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Current PT license to practice in Texas required prior to the start of assignment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in inpatient rehab or acute care settings.
  • Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification required.
  • Current ACLS certification required.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Basic math skills and ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Basic computer and word processing skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with inpatient rehabilitation documentation and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with common therapeutic modalities and functional mobility training for adult and geriatric populations.


Assignment Details

  • Shift Hours: 07:00 - 19:00.
  • Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
  • Weekend scheduling: none.
  • Must be able to float to other facilities as needed.
