Operations Administrator
Driven Services is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Operations
Administrator to support our Hydrovac, Hydrotest, and Rentals departments. This is a
fast-paced, customer-facing role that keeps our field operations running smoothly from
the first call to the completed job.
Answer and field inbound service calls, acting as the first point of contact for
customers
Build and manage service tickets accurately and efficiently
Schedule service jobs and coordinate with field teams across Hydrovac,
Hydrotest, and Rentals departments
Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day administrative and operational
tasks
Respond to after-hours calls as needed to support field operations
Maintain clear communication between customers, dispatch, and field crews Qualifications
Prior experience in a dispatching, scheduling, or operations support role
preferred
Familiarity with One Call (811) processes and requirements is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills -- both written and verbal
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Reliable and available for after-hours call rotation Work Environment
This is an office-based role supporting field operations. Some after-hours availability is
required.
