CONCESSIONS SUPERVISOR

Job Duties:

• Main liaison for the Tony C's concession and Moody management
• Maintain cleanliness and follow all food regulation standards of the stand
• Provide notable service to guests
• Uphold Tony C's standards for food quality and presence
• Perform beginning, ending, and waste counts
• Post on Gigpro and staff stands according to the event size
• enter all Gigpro workers in and out times
• Provide clear communication of what happens during events and addresses needs to GM of home store and Moody management
• Oversee production during events and uphold all rules and guidelines

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age, or older (based on local restrictions)
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Clean driving record, able to pass a background check

Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden is a full service restaurant concept that has growth opportunities in a casual dining restaurnat environment.

Team members typically average $25 to $30 per hour. However, because this is a tipped role, this is not guaranteed. You will be paid a base of $2.13 plus tip share.

This restaurant front of house or back of house job for hourly key team leaders focuses on assisting managers in running the restaurant as a keyholder. This includes shift supervisory / shift lead roles ensuring high quality food is prepared and served to our customers. This is an hourly team leader role that has keyholder / shift supervisor responsibilities.
