Role Overview - Digital Content Creator

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Content Creator to join our team. As a Digital Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging and compelling content across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute content strategies aligned with our brand objectives. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, multimedia production, and staying up-to-date with digital trends.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Creation:

• Develop high-quality digital content including but not limited to videos, graphics, social media posts, and other.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.

2. Multimedia Production:

• Utilize multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) to create visually appealing content.
• Edit videos, design graphics, and enhance photographs to effectively communicate brand messages.

3. Content Strategy:

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement content strategies tailored to specific audiences and platforms.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.

4. Copywriting:

• Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for various digital platforms while maintaining brand voice and tone.
• Craft compelling headlines, captions, and calls-to-action to drive audience engagement and conversions.

5. Creative Direction:

• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for digital content campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to bring creative concepts to life.

6. Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and sales to ensure content alignment with overall business goals.
• Provide input and support for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives as needed.

SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Content Creator or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital content creation skills across various platforms.
• Proficiency in multimedia production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content analytics.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience managing social media accounts is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
