Digital Software Engineer Senior Manager

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Software Engineer Senior Manager for its Irving, TX location.

Duties: Develop Customer Engagement journeys in Citi's Private Banking Mobile application for high net-worth private banking clients. Drive end-to-end delivery by participating in full Software Development Life Cycle involving Requirement Grooming, Design, Development, User Acceptance Testing, Production deployment, Friendly User Testing, and Customer Launch Support during the critical care period. Conduct automated code quality and performance, build process, and unit testing. Develop features with the ability to track the customer journey and interactions using analytic tools. Interpret tools including Figma to design User Interface. Use Atlassian JIRA to understand user stories and develop according to the technical specification documented by business analysts. Engage in defect management using the Application Lifecycle Management tool, Quality Centre (ALM QC). Oversee Citi’s binary release-management process to release IOS and Android Mobile applications to the App Store and Google Play store. Monitor the phased customer launch and provide adequate support for customer queries and incidents. Engage with business sponsors, project managers, partner development teams, and the testing team to ensure effective completion of the projects within the allocated budget for that project. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation developing applications. Seven (7) years of experience must include: Conducting full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of a project by implementing the Agile Methodology from the analysis and design phase to testing, debugging, and deployment; Developing back-end applications using Java or front-end applications using iOS, Android, and Angular; Developing and building application code using Bitbucket and using tools including Jenkins and UDeploy to deploy the code using an integrated CI/CD Pipeline; and Automating code quality using platforms including Sonar Qube and incorporating unit testing using frameworks including Junit / XCTest to meet the development standards. 40 hrs./wk.
