Bartenders

At Posh & Pours, we’re more than just a bar — we’re an elevated experience. We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Bartender who can provide exceptional service while crafting top-quality beverages. You’ll play a key role in creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and engage with them in a professional and friendly manner
• Take drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to recipe standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
• Monitor guest intoxication levels and practice responsible alcohol service
• Operate POS system, handle cash/credit transactions, and close tabs properly
• Collaborate with bar and floor staff to ensure smooth service
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed
• Comply with all health, safety, and liquor laws and policies
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift change procedures
• Represent the Posh & Pours brand with professionalism and style
• Ability to change any keg, bag in a box supplies, Work with TV's

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• TABC and Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails is a plus
• Flexible schedule — must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
