Landscape Construction Project Manager
Join our team at Site Landscape Development, a leading company in the landscape construction industry. We are seeking a Landscape Construction Project Manager who will oversee all aspects of construction and installation on job sites, ensuring the safety of our crews. This role requires a professional with field knowledge, capable of coordinating with contractors, managing multiple projects, and representing our company with integrity and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all job-site aspects of landscape construction and installation.
- Read and interpret landscape drawings.
- Verify and order plant material as per specifications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Supervise and ensure continuity of client concerns, adapting to changes as they occur.
- Ensure adherence to Site Landscape Development's policies and procedures by all employees.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain collaborative working relationships.
- Manage onsite installation crews and ensure their safety.
- Produce daily reports with pictures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the landscape construction industry.
- Experience in supervisory roles and maintenance (preferred).
- Ability to read, analyze, and understand budgets.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to solve practical problems.
- Ability to interpret instructions furnished in various forms.
- Ability to adjust, prioritize and adapt to schedule changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn at all times.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of company vehicles and uniforms.
Compensation
Compensation for this full-time position will be based on experience.
