Part Time Company Mascot

Phillips Home Improvements is seeking a high-energy service-oriented friendlyMascot to represent Phillips in costume part-time (20 hours per month) mostly evenings and weekends at community and company events.

Pay: $20 per hour

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Be early for all events and present the entirety of all events.
• Pose for photos as our Mascot in costume for long periods of time with clients and community members (with breaks)
• Visit community and company events mostly during evenings or weekends to represent the company as Rollerman.
• Be friendly to everyone . Engage all ages.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Patience
• Ability to see beyond differences and divisions and engage all ages
• Emotional Intelligence: Be able to sense discomfort whenapproaching people (and disengage) and be able to gauge when someone wants or would invite an approach a photo or a high five!
• A natural comedian and actor who can gesture big and loves to be in the spotlight but mostly loves to shine the spotlight onothers.
• Desire to represent Phillips Home Improvements with class and win fans for the brand!
• Great communicator even when silent
