We're looking for a self-motivated individual who LOVES kids, brings incredible energy, and wants to make a positive impact on families in our community. This person will help us deliver on the promise of Serious Fun with serious health, safety, and accountability in mind. This is not a summer position - this is a long-term position of employment. This position requires consistent Saturday, Sunday work hours and is a requirement of the position. What we expect from you

• Independently Lead parties as well as Lead and or Assist Classes.
• Provide an outstanding customer service experience with consistent professionalism . We treat our customer & Members as VIP's!
• Maintain our high standards for cleanliness without reminders - keeping our gym and lobby area cleaned and disinfected is a critical responsibility that requires attention to detail and personal accountability .
• Demonstrate strong communication skills with both children and parents, including the ability to clearly convey information and actively listen.
• Working Saturday and Sunday shifts consistently is required and non-negotiable.
