Badass Coffee of Hawaii is hiring Shift Supervisors to join the team at our McKinney location. We are searching for experienced, outgoing Supervisors who will contribute to enhancing our community and help foster an environment of hospitality, warmth, and fun for our customers and staff. Primary Responsibilities Include :

• Deliver the Aloha spirit in each customer and team interaction
• Responsible for opening or closing store during assigned shift
• Proactively ensure necessary tasks (e.g., food prep, cleaning) are properly delegated and completed each shift while keeping customer service front of mind
• Ensure staff remain engaged as needed
• Ensure proper functioning of all equipment and adequate stock of supplies and retail products
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as hot and cold coffee, espresso drinks, and teas
• Assist with food orders
• Maintain a sanitary environment by cleaning and sanitizing all work and service areas, utensils, and equipment. Calibrate machines as needed
• Practice quality service and safety standards; comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations
• Be a team player by exhibiting good communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Handle customer complaints while maintaining the Aloha Spirit
• Other duties as assigned

Successful Candidates Must :

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Hold high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory customer service experience
• Have open availability during store hours, must be available on weekends
• Be upbeat and energetic
• Effectively delegate tasks and oversee Baristas during assigned shifts while maintaining a team environment
• Food Handler’s certificate or ability to obtain one within first 30 days of employment
