Key Responsibilities
Mechanical & Structural Engineering
- Lead design and analysis of enclosure structures, including material selection, fasteners, hardware systems, load-path evaluation, environmental requirements, and integration with mechanical cooling and plumbing systems.
- Develop, validate, and release engineering documentation such as drawings, BOMs, specifications, and technical bulletins.
- Ensure designs meet regulatory, safety, structural, and internal quality standards while maintaining manufacturability and field-serviceability.
Fabrication & Assembly Processes
- Define tools, fixtures, and processes required for enclosure fabrication and assembly in factory environments.
- Partner with manufacturing teams to optimize assembly workflows, reduce quality escapes, and improve throughput.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by refining fabrication sequences, mechanical installation practices, and structural integrity checks.
Field Remediation & On‑Site Support
