Inside Sales Administrator - Remote | WFH

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting sales teams? We're looking for an Inside Sales Administrator to provide essential support to the Inside Sales department, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer interactions. In this role, you'll assist sales associates by managing data, organizing documents, and maintaining responsive communication channels.

What You'll Do
Pipeline Support: Help track and organize sales pipeline data, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth progress. Assist in identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks.
Email & Communication Management: Organize and prioritize inbound and outbound emails, respond to general inquiries, and route messages to the right team members for timely follow-ups.
Administrative Support:
Document Management: Upload and categorize relevant documents into customer files, keeping records accurate and up to date.
Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain and update customer and patient records in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
File Organization: Audit and organize patient files to ensure all necessary documentation is available for the sales team.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all records adhere to data privacy regulations and internal policies.

What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Experience with data entry, document management, or CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
