Corrugated Packaging Industrial Maintenance Technician

Pro Services, Inc. has a direct hire opportunity for a leading corrugated packaging manufacturer. in Waco, TX. This role is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks on corrugated equipment, including diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Technicians will work in a team environment, focusing on preventive maintenance and responding to breakdown calls in a production setting.

The ideal candidate would have 6+ years of corrugated maintenance experience. Their experience should ideally include working with BHS equipment. Being comfortable working with electrical systems is a must have. The right candidate should be a team player who is ready to learn and is willing to do what is needed to help get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.
• Respond to breakdown calls in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
• Work collaboratively as part of a maintenance team in a production environment.
• Participate in training to develop multi-craft skills and advance through skill levels.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in reactive troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery in the corrugated industry.
• Must have experience in the Corrugated Packaging or Printing Industry
• BHS equipment experience strongly preferred
• Fosber equipment experience would be a plus
• Experience with M2P program preferred
• Technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Trades is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US.
