Local Field Operations Manager

The Local Field Operations Manager (LFOM) or Local Austin Lead is responsible for the successful coordination and execution of photo booth events and managing of LT placements within their assigned market. This includes managing local technician teams, overseeing logistics, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining equipment standards. The LFOM serves as the local market leader and is the direct link between the regional leadership team and field technicians. Key Responsibilities:
Event Coordination & Execution
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery, setup, live operation, and breakdown of photo booths for each scheduled event.
- Oversee technician assignments and ensure all events are properly staffed with trained operators.
- Act as on-site lead for high-priority or large-scale activations when required.
- Train, mentor, and support local Field Technicians / Boothers.
- Set performance expectations and provide feedback to ensure team adherence to brand standards and SOPs.
- Monitor attendance, conduct, and issue escalation to the Regional Field Operations Manager.
- Build and manage weekly staffing schedules based on event volume and technician availability.
- Serve as the point of contact for last-minute call-outs, reschedules, and conflict resolution.
- Manage booth and accessory storage, inventory levels, and restocking.
- Track and maintain essential supplies (printer paper, ink, props, signage, etc.).
- Coordinate equipment movement, deliveries, installs, or maintenance in alignment with regional logistics plans.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure all booths and components are fully functional and in good condition.
- Manage local repairs and flag major technical issues to the Regional Manager or tech support team.
- Ensure all events meet or exceed client expectations through quality execution and service.
- Step in to support guest experience in high-volume or complex event environments.
- Communicate with clients pre-event as needed to confirm logistical details or troubleshoot concerns.
- Track, submit and approve timesheets before deadline, and reimbursement requests for yourself and assigned technicians.
- Submit post-event reports, including technician performance notes, supply usage, and client feedback.
- Flag operational or personnel issues requiring escalation.
- Act as the local ambassador of the brand.
- Ensure team appearance, booth presentation, and guest interactions are aligned with company image and values.
