Rodeo Dental and Orthodontics is looking for Orthodontists to grow with us in Laredo, TX.
Join our established orthodontic program with a solid base of referring doctors and rapid growth, not to mention an outstanding clinical team and solid administrative support!

Job Overview:
The Orthodontist will provide high-end orthodontic services to patients of all ages in one of our state-of-the-art clinics, located in Laredo.
We build your daily schedule with appointments in a way that allows you to maximize time with each patient, so you don’t feel rushed. Plus, we take care of the day-to-day operations for you so you can focus on what matters: your patients and their smiles.
We welcome Orthodontists of all different experience levels, including recent graduates!
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-quality orthodontic services to patients of all ages
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in orthodontics
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Active state dental license (or ability to obtain before start date)
- New Grads and current D4s encouraged to apply!
- H1B candidates welcomed to apply!
- A growth-minded, compassionate professional who’s excited to make an impact
- Previous experience a plus — but passion and drive matter most!
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged sitting and standing as needed.
- Ability to move from operatory to operatory independently.
