Sales leader: You bring 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of planning, coaching, and scaling sales teams.
Customer-focused: You put customer value at the center of your sales strategy and understand how long-term relationships drive success.
Software savvy: You have experience selling complex software or SaaS solutions and are comfortable navigating technical conversations.
Strategic thinker: You excel at sales planning, forecasting, and translating strategy into clear execution plans.
Strong communicator: You communicate with clarity and impact, build trust with senior stakeholders, and lead with confidence.
People leader: You know how to hire, coach, mentor, and motivate teams while fostering accountability and collaboration.
That's the job
Regional leadership: Lead and develop a regional team including Account Managers, Solution Engineers, and Customer Success specialists.
Growth strategy: Define and execute regional sales strategies to ensure sustainable revenue growth and customer expansion.
Sales planning: Develop and implement 90-day sales plans and strategic account plans aligned with company goals.
Executive relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
Customer engagement: Participate in customer meetings to understand needs, shape solutions, and deliver value-driven outcomes.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Solution Engineers and other KNIMErs on proposals, demos, and use-case reviews.
Strategic input: Contribute customer insights to internal discussions and help align market needs with product and business strategy.
