PM Line Cook
Title: PM Line Cook
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced PM Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to our standards during the evening shift. Typical shift is 2/3pm to close(10/11pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients, communicating with supervisor when any product has low stock.
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with our established recipes and guidelines.
- Follow food safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Assist with inventory management by constant communication regarding all products.
- Contribute ideas for menu development and specials.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and familiarity with various types of cuisine
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
