Emergency Pet Care of Texas is seeking a Medical Director to guide our high-performing emergency team and help shape the future of veterinary medicine in our community. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned ER veterinarian with at least five (5) years of experience, who thrives in fast-paced environments and is motivated by mentorship, medical excellence, and collaborative leadership.

Your Impact as Medical Director

In this hybrid clinical + leadership role, you will:

• Provide medical oversight and guidance to ER veterinarians and support staff

• Champion medical quality, evidence-based practices, and continuous improvement

• Work closely with hospital management on workflow, staffing, and strategic initiatives

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive hospital culture

• Help drive recruitment, development, and retention of top-tier veterinary talent

• Maintain a clinical caseload that supports strong team presence and connection
