Product Support Supply Chain First Line Manager

The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Supply Chain First Line Manager to support Boeing Global Services in San Antonio, TX who manages employees performing supply chain activities within Product Support. This selected candidate will develop and execute projects and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: San Antonio, TX.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees performing technical or specialist activities within Product Support.
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Manages, develops and motivates employees.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience working with Boeing Supply Chain tools and processes
7+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with cross-functional teams, customers, stakeholder, peers and partners.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Associate's degree or higher
Experience in Department of Defense Supply Chain processes and tools
Experience in a managerial or team lead role
Relocation:
This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: 111,350 - 150,650
